In simple terms, yes I do. But (much as I hate to say it) not if they run Hilary Clinton. She just comes with too much baggage. Beyond that, of course there will be women in the highest office. We're one of the few countries that haven't had one. Just wait.

Margaret Thatcher did a fine job in England, so it could happen. Right now I think Maria Shriver has the best chance of any woman to become President. Arnold can't be the Pres, but he sure can be the fist gentleman!
Hmm...Shriver vs. Frist...that would be a close one!

Yes, I believe there will be a woman president. I hope it is someone "new" and not a recycled former first lady. I also think it will happen within the next few elections.

One day. Personally, although other countries may have women leaders as well...the majority is still male. Women atill aren't as respected a smen. Even if a woman DID come to power here, she would likely not be as respected.
I would like Elizabeth Dole to run.
And Hillary still has my vote. She put up with a lot of crap from Bill.

yes there has been already...India, Great Britain..come to mind. In the US we are extremely sexist..women are still kept down quite a bit here compared to the rest of the world and its getting worse all the time. So don'[t know when a women could be president in USA.

She has the experience, knowledge, character, intelligence to be a great president.
