No it isn't a joke. Simply put... the mail that you sent did go from your mail box, but did not get delivered to the person you sent it to. So the mail server (read postman) sent you a sorry mail for it's lack of prior knowledge!!

Check the email id that you sent to, correct it and resend.

it is no joke when i saw that i made a complaint then i saw after the fact a note that said this message was delivered for you by domain. so i hired domain as my delivery system.i had to terminate daemon is that your service? get rid of it and use domain then all your mail will be delivered that is the only way i know to do it good luck

i get that a lot and i dont get it. i think its just something that comes up when u send stuff to certain people. i think it means either:
1)the person in charge of whatever the problem is couldnt fix it and was being a smart-alick
2)its a joke and their just trying to confuse us all

if u ever find out what it really means let me know, especialy if im right!

I have seen similar wording from a mail program and it is not a joke. It simply means that your email did not go through.

No, you have your outgoing mail server configured wrong. Go to Account Settings in your main email and see how "Outgoing mail" is configured.
