Yes!! The same thing happened to me when I had hair on my face..it would create pimples. they didn't last long....they were small and I would just have "bumps" on my forehead...now my hair is cut and I don't get them anymore.

Wow, I sure hope "Ashely"'s answer helped out a lot. Sheesh...Anyways, I had the same problem, but I wondered if it was just because of the product I put on my hair. I'm pretty sure product and hair laying on your forehead are both contributors. When you sleep pull your hair back with a bandana or something. That'll help during the night time. If that doesn't do much, then I'd say your best bet is to cut your hair again.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

yes, long hair can cause breakouts, but only if its full of products and unwashed... and in your face all the time. make sure to use a deep cleansing shampoo once a week...i really like bumble and bumble's "sunday" shampoo. and start using an alcohol-free toner when ever your forehead starts to feel greasy. proactive does a nice toner. and KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF YOUR FACE!!

Best way is to keep hair clean and away from face if you can, try using facial wipes a few times a day to keep skin clean.

certain shampoos, conditioners, etc will cause breakouts. because your hair had not been near your face before, you may not have known you were sensitive to the products. try switching to a mild shampoo temporarily and see if it helps.
