Yes, but the fish need to wear rubber non-slip shoes so they don't fall off the branches. And the birds have to take a lot of sleeping pills so they don't wake up the fish. If the fish is showing signs of stress the next morning, a trip to a sleep therapy center will be necessary. Does the fish show signs of sleep apnea or snore loudly? If yes, then the fish is probably allergic to the birds and the birds must move to another tree. This situation is common in the animal world. It's called Survival of the Fishes.

Birds are actually pretty decent about sharing their tree with you if you make the effort to be a polite guest. If you are a fish planning a trip air-side try to reserve a bough in the Autumn when it is cooler and the colours are wonderful.

Don't gape more if they don't understand the first time, learn to whistle a bit.

Ask the local squirrel to keep your passport safely stored.

When in a tree a fish must do as the birds do. It will have to go to bed when the sun goes down and get up at sunrise.

Well since the fish would soon be dead I guess they would have a great sleep and the birds are surely not loud enough to wake the dead.

Well,if they can find a smooth enough branch and have earplugs.A blindfold would also help to keep out the sunlight filtering through the branches.Funny that you mention that,I had to go out for earplugs just the other day for that very reason.Poor fish,had bags under his eyes and all...

Most birds are diurnal. I guess fish they will have a good night sleep.
