just focus on one thing at a time and rest in between tasks. like work on doing the dishes and when you're done, if you feel good, clear off the counters. then go sit down with your feet up for a half hour or so, and if you feel good pick another task to do.

you'll have good days where you seem to get lots done, and bad days when you feel you can't hardly stay awake more than an hour. if you need help, tell your partner or enlist a younger sibling or sibling-in-law to come over and help.

in the first 12 weeks you may not have engery to do much of anything. In the 1st 12 weeks your miscarriage rates are much higher. After 12 weeks you may find you feel like doing more and this is a safer period for the baby. Don't move or lift heavy stuff. After 25 weeks or so you may feel to heavy and tired to do much. Tke it easy don't try to finish it all in one day get help if possible. Rest and water will help you feel better in the 1st 12 weeks. Going 4 a short walk may give you a lil energy boast.

take it easy. do little at a time. just think that you are going to have a bundle of joy and you are making lovely place for the child to enjoy. you will have the energy naturally after 5 months of pregnancy usually. if u still dont have the energy dont worry. you can hire some one to do the work for u if can afford or just simplify your job. you really cant do all the work like a normal person and you shouldnt be. consult your doc if u are feeling weak.

do it in segments. a little bit at a time. I worked until the day before I had my daughter and i did not have the choice to not clean or do things around the house on my own. do a little at a time than rest. make sure u take ur vitamins every day that can make a world of difference. drink plenty of fluids.
