how to get my fiance a visa here in Philippines, he is from nigeria and how much is the cost?

there are several different visas and many ways to try. i just succeeded after 3 years to get my fiancee a visa from egypt to england his stay was allowed but for just 6 days. it cost in english money 250.00 each attempt we were turned down 2 times and they keep the money even if they are refused. so 3 years later and 750.00 we succeeded. its a long process. and a lot of paperwork. are you going for a sponsor visa. (invitation) or a husband visa (fiancee) and how long are you planning on haveing him stay. each visa has a time span and there are a lot of differences. if you can let me know. and if i can be more of a help please contact me and i will try to help you.
