Well for Yahoo! Answers, definitely any sick, perverted, toilet-related & avatar questions are starting to get on my nerves!
That & some peoples' fascination with Paris Hilton & Nicole Richie=P
As for in real life, I dread questions such as, "Why are you still single?" duh because I don't want to end up unhappy like you >> absolutely hate that question with passion.

If you mean by Yahoo!Answers then its:
"is my avatar hot? my avatar looks like me i am serious"
"am i pregnant?"
(repetitive questions where you can just read off someone elses resolved problem)
Real life questions then its:
"Are you rich?"
"Is (some random guy) your brother?"
"Where did you get that?"
