It actually depends on individual. To me relationship is actually more important that my career.
I used to be so concentrated in my career that I really dun know that my family members run into some problems. When I realised tt, it was a bit too late. Even though we managed to solve the problem, but I really feel guilty that I din spend enough time with my family.
After that incident, I realised that career is not as important as relationship. From then onwards career had become my second priority.
