Internet Explorer can not view web page?

I am trying to view video from a website but I am always getting the error message Internet Explorer can not view web page. It has been doing this for days. The rest of the site works just can't view video. Is there anything I can do or change to setting to be able to view the videos??

Check the security settings, do usual maintenance (defrag, virus and spyware scans)...

Get Firefox. Seriously - IE's old, big, slow and insecure.

maybe u need to download a plugin to get the video to play

check your security settings they may be too high
