In short no. But now I'll tell you why.... Society states, us girls are to look pretty and nice when in public. Sad but true.
People as individuals are fine but get a few together and they will be very quick to judge you a trap or worse. I find what they don't know won't offend them. I have a tattoo and piercings, generally I keep all covered when the occasion calls for it, and this has worked for me for the last 5 years.
Get your tattoo in a place easy to conceal.

I think tattoo's look sexy on girls...but not all.I have 2 a small tattoo on my stomach and one on my lower back and alot of people have commented how sexy they look.But i have seen women who have just obviously walked into a tattoo studio and not thought about what they were getting and end up looking horrid and cheap.As long as they are done tastefully,i think they are fine.
I have also seen women absolute covered from head to toe and if look amazing,it all depends on the individual.

girls are just sexy either way! But I think that a small tattoo by the ankle is sexy but huge tattoos are not too attractive.

Tattoos really look great on a 90 year old. At what point in your life is it just totally stupid?
Wear great jewelry. That never goes out of style, and is removable.
Ya know what? I never have looked at Tattoos on girls as sexy.

Depends what the tattoo is...most things would be fine...but if anyone was weird enough to put somebody's name there...that might be a problem...but I doubt anyone does that....but Yeah...it doesn't matter either way too me...so I guess it's sexy..

I was with a girl once who had a temporary tattoo at the top of her leg which said "caution, slippery when wet"... I don't think I need to continue this story!

HONESTLY: depends on how old, fat or ugly the girl is.
Be real guys. If a girl is young, gorgeous, with the perfect body, you won't care where she has a tattoo. But if she's not...then...
Personally, I just can't imagine being old with a tattoo on my leg. Ew.

depends. i have a small one above my ankle that my guy says is hot, but i've seen some that were either too big or placed in a bad spot that got all distorted when the lady moved or sat - not sexy!
