I prefer my husband to work 3-11 seems like we have more time together that way. We can sleep in , have breakfast together. Then at night we can watch T.V late. Plus if he works 7am-3pm all he does all afternoon is nap.

Those are all horrible hours!
I would probably have to say 7am-3pm, that way you still have a majority of the day free, and if you have kids, you can see them in the afternoon after school
I used to work an 11pm-7am shift and it was horrible. Most of the next morning was wasted because I slept in and was so tired.
If you're single then 3pm-11pm sounds good - you'll finish just in time for a night on the town!

i would work 7am to 3pm. so that way you can have the rest of the day to do whatever....although you wont always be able to sleep in, at least you feel like you accomplished something during the day and made the most of it! but if your a night owl then i would choose 3pm to 11pm so you can use the rest of the night up.

Are you a morning person? I like getting up early and getting to work early and getting home early. If you work the 3pm shift, it gives you time during the day for any appointments you may have and won't have to take time off the day shift to make the appointments. My husband works the night shift. He seems ok with it. His father also worked the night shift. They would come home, sleep a little then be up the rest of the day and then take a nap before leaving for work. It really depends on how you feel about it.
I work all the shifts, and I get tired after working nights and I sleep for about 2 days!!!

I would say it is best to work from 7:00 A.M.To 3:00 P.M. , That way you have time to go to the Bank; and know you can make it before closing without speeding to get there, make Doctors appointments without intereffering with work hours, be home for the kids when they get home from school, go to the Beach while the sun is still up and last but not least....freshen up for the one and only.....who is probably not as lucky as you to have a 7-3 job.

I used to artwork graveyard shift for sort of three years from 10pm to 6am. Its some thing you should get used to yet its greater powerful than the afternoon when you consider which you have the finished day to safeguard issues and plus you should get a greenback better for being a graveyard shift. 3pm to 11pm i no relaxing.

7am til 3pm is the best
the worst is the 11pm shift....your whole world changes. you have to change your sleeping pattern, and when you have a day off, everything gets turned backwards again. my mother worked it for years, and its rough!
