I used to have the same problem. Now I shave in a warm shower and use a triple blade razor and Aveda Rosemary Mint Conditioner. Then I apply oatmeal moisturizer. No more bumps!

Doesn't shave every single morning. Try shaving every other day or even 2 days.

Before you shave, use a loofah and a soap containing salicylic acid, like Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash. Then use lotion afterwards, it really makes a difference!

do you use shaving cream? Maybe you can try a bladeless razor or something like Nair. Also use after shave... it helps
You can always be more careful...
Hope I helped:)
