Do you mean, would I stop my own conception? No.
Or, do you mean would I still exist even if I went back in time to the day before my conception? Yes I would, 'cuz I wouldn't mess with my parents having sex.

You do exist (as your time travel persona is there) the day before you are conceived - until you 'travel' forward back to the future. The next day you would be conceived and nine months on you would again exist in both timelines as you do prior to your travel back in time.

If you did travel back before you were born, you would still exist because you were born to begin with. As long as you did not do anything to stop your conception or birth, nothing would change this. Of course, interesting stuff like The Grandfather Paradox come into play.
The Grandfather Paradox works like this:
You travel back in time to meet your Grandfather. When you meet him, he yas not yet met your Grandmother which means your Father has not yet been born, and therefore, neither have you. However, during one of your conversations with your Grandad, you both argue, it gets heated and by accident, you kill your Grandfather.
Your Grandfather is dead so he'll never meet your Grandmaother, your Father will never be born so he'll never neet your Mother and so you'll never be born. Question; if you were never born, how can you travel back in time to kill your Grandfather? Therefore, he did meet your Grandmother and, eventually, you were born. But you can't be because you killed your Grandfather.
And so begins a circle of confusion and one of many reasons why some scientists believe makes Time-Travel too risky to attempt.

This depends if you believe in a soul or not. If you believe in a soul then the answer would be that you did not exist before you were conceived. If you believe in no soul then it does not matter whether you exist or will exist. If you believe in existence that is based on interdependent causes and conditions then "you"(or the tendency of "you") did exist before you were conceived for this life. "You" would have been transmigrating to what would become the body that you have now. In essence nothing truly exists. For example, if you have a car and then proceed to take the car apart piece by piece and then further to atom by atom and even further to sub-atomic particles then you will find that the "car" is not truly existent. The car is dependent on causes and conditions for its manifestation. You can apply this to everything(humans, worlds, the universe, thoughts, feelings, etc...). In short, the answer is nothing truly exists because it depends on causes and conditions for its appearance. This is not to say that everything is non-existent also. Nothing truly exists nor is it truly non-existent.

Not in THIS form NO!
I must explain a little...you see I'm a Yorkshire George Clooney look-alike and what a pain in the ar*e THAT is.
You see, most frantic (and moist) women, see me and IMMEDIATELY demand an autograph, then I open MY mouth....Instead of the smooth Yankee drawl comes this torrent of 'EEE BY 'ECK LUV, WOT T'D YA WON MY AUTOGRAPH FOR? Then the Charade is OVER.
SO...NO I wouldn't exist in THIS form....I'd ACTUALLY BE George Clooney, and be able to talk the pants off most women within 30secs AND have a few bob to boot....now we're talking!!

depends on the effect of your actual journey through time. the butterfly effect (aka chaos theory) dictates that one thing affects another and another etc, with no telling of the end event, although a chain of events can been seen afterwards. with time travel, you couls literally just affect someones split second decision to not go through a door for another second, or cause an incident which causes you never to have even been tought of. you just dont know.. this is why time travel is impossible, because of your action in travelling through time, you have altered something, making the time you are in different to the one you planned to go to.
