I'd assume that you are black...but that would be an assumption. As for fear? Why, unless you know of a threat would anyone be afraid of someone simply because of the color of their skin? The reasons, assuming you can find reasons, would be as many and varied as the people you ask.
I find much to envy about many people, and have been fearful of a few for specific reasons, but none of it had to do with their color. Perhaps I am struggling with this, because its such a shallow minded question, especially if it reflects a real attitude.

This is an excellent question! One could also ask, "Why do black people hate Caucasians"?
The truth of the matter is that there are biggots. Not all black people hate whites and not all whites hate blacks. The problem is that it is the hate that stands out.
The hate is there because we all have a sin nature and in some people hatred is how it is revealed. The real question is what can be done about it. We have tried legislating beliefs or at least the actions that come from those beliefs, but it has not worked. The fact is that only Jesus can accomplish this change. So, what can we do? Pray for those who hate.

When you ask the question like it, it sounds like you're implying that all white people hate black people, and that's just not true. I have absolutely no problem with anyone from any other culture.
As far as those that are prejudice, I wish I could tell you why some people are like that. Ignorance, fear, the way they're raised....I don't know all the reasons. Personally, I wasn't raised to think I was better then anyone else, especially just because someone is a different race.
Some people are just cruel and mean. I can't say don't take it personal, because for anyone who is being harassed or picked on simply because they are a different race, it's very personal. But the people that think they are somehow justified to treat others poorly simply because they are a different color then them, will have to pay for their actions one day.

Believe me honey, it isn't envy OR fear. Your question SHOULD have gone something like this: "Why do SOME caucasion people hate black people?" The answer to that would be personal, depending on the particular white person that hated black people. Everyone has their reasons for hating, be it ignorance or whatever.

I'm caucasian and I don't hate black people. My cousin is black and we are very close.I threw my husband's uncle out of our wedding reception for making a bad comment about her. If I hated black people I wouldn't have a relationship with my cousin.

I couldn't tell you why some people (black and white) can't let go of the past and just move on. I would say ignorance but that's just me. I think all races are great and that we need to mix up so we don't have these ridiculous problems anymore. My husband is black and we couldn't be happier.

I don't hate black people and I'm Caucasian. Actually, 70% of my friends are black.
I believe it is ignorance is all. They just hate other people because they know nothing about them, and assume they are bad.
