Lucinda Williams! Great songwriter but I prefer her early CDs when she did mostly delta blues, kind of like early Bonnie Raitt or Lucinda Williams. I prefer this over her current country twinge.

The only thing I know about Joan Osborne is What If God Was One Of Us. Great song! I think the TV series Joan Of Arcadia was based on that song. It seemed to have been.

Lucinda, she's amazing.

Although in the same genre, I would actually choose Kathleen Edwards over either. I saw her once in concert and she is excellent.

Lucinda. Her voice is amazing. Plus she does great work with John Prine. She is also nicer to look at.
