Global warming is caused by the excess amount of green house gases being produced by man and also by the large scale clearing of tropical rainforests(also by man) which converts Co2 (carbon di-oxide a green house gas) into O2(oxygen).

Suggestion to start fixing this problem, lobby your government to presevre the worlds remaining rainforests and as for yourself plan trees is your local area.
Trees convert Co2 into O2 and fixed carbon(wood)

Well personally i'm torn on this issue. I think we have done certain things that have at least not helped the enviornment. But we really don't have that much recorded data as to what the earth did thousands of years ago. For all we know global warming could be a natural cycle. I mean there is actual scientific data that suggests climate change is a natural occurance. Thats not to say though that certain things we have done haven't maybe speeded up the proccess. I think only time will tell what the real culprite is.

I am also torn on this issue. I believe that global warming could possibly be caused, at least in part, by pollution. However, I also think that a lot of people jump to the conclusion that global warming is caused by man without at least giving credence to the possibility that it could be a natural occurence. Relatively speaking, it hasn't been that long since the last ice age and that occurred without any help from humans.

Man is certainly part of the problem, in addition to the fact that 10,000 years ago the last ice age began to end causing the Earth to get warmer. Eventually this will change and the Earth will enter a new ice age causing the Earth to get colder. Man has however helped excelerate this process.

simply speakin, global warmin is a natural process but humans have intervened and changed the process. I remember watchin some graphs and the various trends through time durin a environmental studies/geography lecture. There have been records from the past and it is stated that the deviation in temperature has decreased. so the temperature deviates at a constant rate at a higher temperature for a longer period of time. and this time is.... now. I hope this helps ya.

It's only caused by man in Al Gore's mind...and those like him. One class in ecology would straighten most of the Goreites out.

definitely by us! (: look at the damage that we're doing practically every single second. everything we do from pollution to littering kills the environment somewhat. so condition of the environment basically has our names stamped across it as people responsible for it (:

hope that helps, haha :D
