Is there a media outlet where I can get local news from all over the world?

I'm talking about what MSNBC or CNN would consider boring. Traffic jams, bridges being built, elections, etc. Other than PBS.

Don't watch Fox News, that's not journalism, it's propaganda, in fact don't ever watch cable news again.

Forget Fox news if you want to be mislead, go to a source "reuters news"
