Put down a price, simple as that. Negotiable sounds good and all, but that'll only make them want to know what the average babysitting rate is, and that won't help you. My sister gets $25 for 6 hours a day, and she doesn't know how to do half the stuff you claim to. Just go small (maybe 5 bucks an hour), and once you start, people will be more generous.

Brooke, This is very good. I think I would maybe just make it a bit shorter. People are lazy and don't want to read the extra words. They just like to skim for information.
How about "CPR and first aid training", "working towards certification", "provide activities", "light housework", put your date of birth instead of 14 going on 15. just be short and sweet.
You sound very mature and I'm sure you will do well.

It is pretty good but i think you should put full sentences. Like for the second bullet write "I have 3 years of babysitting experience.

its suppose to be " I'm" or "I am"
