I've been told there are new ones called Elexa. I always remember that because my daughters name is Alexa LOL!!!

There is a female condom which is kind of nice because it covers all the other areas that could get infection like the urethra. But they are like three dollars each, very expensive if you are having a lot of sex. Check online sextoy shops that also carry contraceptives.

Yes, I believe they go by the name brand Electra, or something very similar. You can find them at any wal-mart or walgreens, and probably many other places. They go within the vagina, like a sleeve that's closed off at the end. They also partially cover the outside of the vagina as well. Never tried them, but Sue Johanson on Talk Sex with Sue promotes them very much so.

Yes. In point of fact it was originally designed for gay men. But couldn't be sold as such so it's now a "female condom". Used mostly by gay men.
