It is not any more work for a woman to ride a dirt bike than it is for a man to.. with either sex you still need to learn to ride it properly. Lighter people, not neccesarily women, do have a harder time throwing the bigger bikes around.. but no need to get a big bike unless you are racing in that class. Keep to the small ones and have fun.
