Look for another job. Then give your boss 1-2 weeks notice. No job will be perfect, so make sure her perfectionism is really truly worth leaving and starting somewhere new.

My boss is also above and beyond perfection. Submit your work, ask for advice and learn from them. Some people are very controlling, you will never change them. They will appreciate you more if you do appreciate them. Then if all else fails, start looking. Good luck!

Do NOT wuit. Betterr get fired. Wuitting first may lose you all sorts of rights under employment law and statutes. (& jurisprudence). Talk to a lawyer and learn about ypou. Many lawyers do not charge for the first half or full hour. Or contact legal aid or a law school's legal aid clinic.

and she's PAYING you to do the same
If you are only doing 50% of the job maybe she should give you 50% of your pay?
If you don't like working for her, get a resume typed up and start looking for a new job and when you get one....quit.
She's the boss for a reason, YOU AREN'T, you don't get to say whether or not your work is acceptable.

If you really want to quit, then do it. BUT dont do it until you have another job lined up. Speaking from expirience.

Just tell her to stop being so rude or you'll complain to her boss.
