That depends on what you want ..............
Quite and alone .......Alberta's Banf Park sounds right . Majestic scenery relative quiet and seclution
Loud and busy............LA , Paris or London or New York sounds right.
Tourist trap...............Niagra Falls or the Grand Canon
Unique and Novel....................the North west Territories of Canada or Newfoundland Canada offers wale watching and the land of the midnight sun etc
It's all up to you and your partner to answer this question "What do I want?"

that totally depends on the likes and dislikes of the person your trying to impress. Best thing to do is quiz them on what types of things they like to do, ski (snow/water), hike, ocean swim, Cruise or site see, the list could go on. Then find a place to stay around those answers, add flowers, romantic restaurants, and special times talking curled up in front of a fire place. The more you take the time to tailor the event towards the others pleasure is what makes it romantic. If they are allergic to animals and you plan a moon lite horse ride on the ocean, that's not romantic. Get it. The place does not matter but what you put into it does.

I just love Gatlinburg TN it is beautiful there and the cabins are awesome you can eat shop whatever you wanna do on just the strip or the mountains provide wonderful privacy from everything, if you just wanted to kick back in a jacuzzi or hot tub................
