i mean, my friends and i started a band. i'm the lead guitar/singer, and i can sing well. i'm wondering if anybody has any tips. WE WANT TO ROCK!

ONE MORE THING, DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE CHANGES IN FORMAT AND PERSONEL. GO WITH THE FLOW AND IF SOMEONE ISN'T QUITE WORKING OUT, GOOD BUD OR NOT, REPLACE HIM FOR THE GOOD OF THE BAND.

been playing for years, and agree with everything said. one thing you have to watch tho is the mental attitudes. i have played with more egotistical crybabys than i can count. all of you have to work as one, musically there is no star of the show, everyone is equally important. once the egos go up, the band goes down. the people out front will see it differently, but you cant look at it that way. it can be the most fun you will ever have. good luck.

The next thing is:Check out a song .It always has a intro music.That music is very very very important.It is like a attention grabber.Be careful when u select tunes for ur music.
