Ipod mini wheel, popped out. We took my sisters Ipod mini to Best Buy, they sent it to their services people. Got a call back saying the wheel is not supported under the one year warrenity. Called Apple, they acted dumb and said the wheel repair is a grey area and wearn't positive if it could be fixed. 1 year warrenty ends in September. Does anyone know how to fix the wheel, Best Buy told us it could be fixed for $168.

if warenty hasent run out then you send it to apple yeah they probably cant fix it so guess what you get a brand new one and then you can just dowload the songs again thats what we had to do to my ipod twice and they always gave me a new one cause they couldnt fix the problem

Turn it on and off that helps. Toggle the Hold Button.Or call the um..Apple company! Good Luck :)!!
