It depends on how much weight you need to lose. I lost 30 lbs in 8 weeks but that is SO EXCESSIVE! The key to keep the weight off is exercise EVERY DAY and cut only a little bit out of your diet each day. Don't go from 2000 calories to 1000 in a day, you are setting yourself up for failure. If you don't have time to work out, just set aside 20 minutes in your day because the average time it takes a person to walk a mile is 20 minutes. Just walk a mile a day at least. Make sure you don't sit down too much. Clean, work, walk, talk. Keep yourself as active as possible to keep your mind from thinking of food. Do things you don't usually do. When you fall into a habit, you will associate it with food, so go to places you've never been and hang out with different kinds of people. Tell all your friends, family, coworkers that you are on a diet and to keep junk AWAY!
Also, go online as much as possible and research diseases associated with obesity. This will scare you out of eating junk.

Well... I think that exercising at least an hour or so almost everyday will help along with a healthy and a fit diet! Good Luck!

I hate to tell you this, but the best thing you can do is exercise. But if you take apple cider vinegar vitamins and exercise together it will work alot faster! Remember the best exercise is walking! and drink plenty of water!

start out by walking at least 20 minutes everyday and build up to running. eat healty. here's a trick. eat whenever you're hungry. but don't eat unhealthy foods. find a fruit or vegetable that you love. and if you're hungry at night eat a yogurt instead of ice cream. also do situps. hope this helps.

salad, water, salad, wateer, repeat. Dont MAKE yourself do exercise, just walk some laps, its a little bit smoother.

well eat salad and drink water you have to start eating healthy. its hard work but from your pict i dont think that you need to lose weight
