You say "the" person. Does this mean that everyone except for one person will answer it? Of all the people that see it (assuming you don't have another account), you are the only one that Yahoo doesn't allow to answer it. That is of course assuming that by "answer" you mean submit an "answer" on Yahoo. I'm sure that there were several people that looked at it and said to them self "I'm not going to answer it," and then went about their day, thinking they didn't answer it. But in reality they did answer it (and thus answer it wrongly). I'm sure that when you were thinking of it, you actually answered it to yourself (whether you were right or wrong, we have to wait and see).
So, I don't really know what you mean by answer, but since this is Yahoo Answers, I will assume that you meant, leave a response for you to read. And if that is the case, I will also assume that you are crazy for thinking there will be a unique person to not answer this question, but in any case, I will assume that you are "the" person who won't answer this.
But in the end, do you really feel that I have answered your question? If not, then I am that person. Of course if I didn't answer it, then I am that person, and I just answered it, so I must be that person . . . let's just assume that you do think I answered it and avoid as many paradoxes as possible.
