If your getting it mainly on your chin it's because you touch that area too much with your hands, maybe you rest you chin on them. Also make sure you change your pillowcase at least once a week. Dead skin that rubs off on the pillowcase will make it work. Use a non-oily face wash like Neutrogena and wash your face and neck 2x a day. Use a non-oily moisturizer as well with SPF in it.

I had the same problem, and no matter how clean you try and keep your face it doesn't help.

Try the Mary Kay TimeWise cleanser and moisturizer because they're mild and won't irritate your skin. Then, use the Acne Blot Treatment for pimples. If you have a whole section with pimples, use the Blemish Control Toner on that area before you put the moisturizer on. This really works for me. Sometimes I'll feel a pimple coming, but it hasn't come to a point y et. I just put the Blot Treatment on over night and it's gone in the morning without causing itchiness or redness.

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

i take advantage of the pimples loose equipment and it quite works quite solid for me. I surely have not in any respect had terrible pimples breakouts yet each and every now and then i do breakout from activities and such issues as that. when I do have a foul breakout that's usually round my mouth and my nostril, yet my fix for that is the neutrogena 7 day pimples intervention kit. i take advantage of one/2 a touch tube and it clears it up just about in one day! in case your face breaking out is a continuing difficulty, i propose the pimples loose intense kit. that's a touch expensive yet its lasts continuously of you employ it excellent.
