My favorite Harry Potter novel was Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. The reason that it was my favorite was because of Sirius; I have always liked Sirius. The plot of Azkaban just seemed more realistic than the other ones.

I will love #7! Everytime a new book comes out, I start at #1 and work my way through the entire series. I think #7 will be my favorite because I will have spent close to a month reading through all of the books and will finally have a conclusion. There won't be any reason to jump online to see if there are any updates as to when the next book will be out because I will have them all.

The very first one - 'Sorcerer's Stone'
The innocence of the characters (at that young, impressionable age) made them ever so more endearing than they have become, of necessity, with the progressive forward movement of time and circumstance.
Maturing, and moving into the years of necessary rebelliousness, (teenage) is not as pleasant a neighborhood for the reader. I shall be quite glad to read the final book in the series. . .the fantasy having now moved too close to our own realities. . .

ok, first, lord of the snooze is boring, i fell asleep reading it. Why dont you guys just try to read harry potter, if you like the movies read the books, or are you too lazy and just feel that your too good for Jk Rowling??? Well your not too good for her, shes too good for you!!! The movies are only based off the books and they leave alot of stuff out and that makes me mad.
Anyway, my favorite is the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th because in the 3-6 books the characters have developed more personality. The adventure increases, and the fight with Lord Voldemort, yes thats right i say his name, unlike you cowards who say he-who-must-not-be-named or you-know-who, anyway the fight with Lord Voldemort thickens.

The very last one. Because once that one's over and done with the fad will fade out and you potterheads will stop chirping about it and I'll be left alone with Lord of the Rings. Mwahahaha! Away with harry potter fandom, it's a disgrace to fantasy.

Wow. That's really hard for me.lol. Well probably The 5th, because the way she ages harry, more mature, grumpy(but we all can blame it on puberty..lol), and more detailed, and more info(Sirius, phropency, etc, DD tells harry "everything" etc),and the longest. I also like it cause it took me a while to read it(I'm a poor reader, but I'm working on it), and just overeating about it. It makes you laugh(the attitude Ron Hermione harry etc,), cry(Sirius), think(the phropency etc), and makes you ponder, and be creative.

Why do people like Harry Potter? I don't understand the story and I hate magical/fantasy stuff like that. I like realism that involves poverty, dying, and rough times.

The 3rd is my favorite. But the 6th and 4th come close. In the 3rd one you discover a lot about the wizarding world, and Sirius Black is discovered. I mostly just find it most fun to read.
