Chapelle's Show will always be better than Mind of Mencia because the mexican guy sounds really stupid everytime he tries to make a joke. The only thing that probably makes people laugh is the fact that he alters his voice to sound retarded,in hopes of making his joke slightly funnier. Even though they never are.
