My eyes are really small and really close together. The way i apply my eyeliner makes my nose seem bigger. Is there any way i can apply eyeliner that will make my eyes look bigger and be more porportionate to my face?

First and foremost, if you are using eye shadow, make sure you use lighter prettier shade, like natural, pinks, or browns, and then put a smimmery eye shadow only on the center of the eyeballs, Blend carefully. You use a white eye pencil near the inner corner. Do the same for the lower lid. Put on liquid eye liner on top of the pencil and use a smudger brush to smudge it. It will give a smoky look and make your eyes look bigger. Use white eye pencil inside the eyes. This will make it look bigger. Use black mascara only on the top lashes.But before using mascara, curl your lashes with an eye lash curler. Its a must! Also you can contour your nose, with a brown powder conturer, with a nose brush. If your nose is long then just put the contourer on the tip of the nose to make it look smaller, and you could use a little bit on the sides of the nose too.Make sure to blend it carefully.

Try using a powder eyeliner in a charcoal gray or light brown. Several companies make this and the brushes that go with it. You can also use eyeshadow with this technique. Take the brush and just touch it into the product. Then apply lightly below lower lashes only, and smudge the corners slightly. You don't want a harsh-looking line. You can also do this with a soft eye pencil. Just make sure the line is not too defined.

I think u should use coppery reddish brown eyeliner. Not metallic but that color eyeshadow. U should use an angular brush to put it on. It will look soft and match your complexion. You can make it smudge a little for a soft look.

use eyeliner that is a subtle color and not jet black try a shade of brown. use it only on the bottom of ur eye right at the edge where ur eyelashes are and use a decent amount dont go all out!

well if u wanna ur eyes looks bigger....u draw bottom eyeliner at the corners of ur eyes...it elongates ...the size of the eye....
make the focus on ur eyes.....use ur eye lash curler...heat it up with hair dryer a little...not too hot...curl it ...add some mascara...there u have it ...big perky eyes.....
u insist applying eyeliner...apply a very thin line near the lashline...to make ur lashes looks fuller........

Start at the outer corner of your eye and bring the eyeliner only half way, tappering the liner as you go. Go smokey colors, i.e. gray, plum. etc.

using eyeliner on already small eyes will only make them appear smaller -- but, you can apply eyeliner JUST to your upper eyelids, then use a bright (like shimmery, or pink) shadow.
also, use eye bright or mr frosty by benefit at sephora to brighten your eyes.
