Depends on the situation or occurance. Like if men did something that was just outright stupid, then as a reaction we get loud...because we couldn't believe how stupid it was what you did.
I think our estrogen levels causes us to be so noisy as well, because we'll have heightened senses...like if our significant other cheated we'd already know about it before he come back to us...it just depends on if we listen to our selves...but when we find out we can't help but get loud...like I said it depends on the situation or occurance!
Wait...that's not all, because you have some ghetto women out here that are loud regardless of a situation or occurence (not knocking any ghetto females!) in that instance...it's just the way they are!

Not all of us are. However, women have a higher pitch to their voices, which carries better than the lower tones of a male. In a crowded room, a bunch of women chatting will seem louder than a bunch of men.
