Oh, Im not getting implants, my mom wants to get some. I'm just worried about her.

Get Breast Implant surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery is very cheap in India.There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India.They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.
I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance.They also have photos pasted of their International patients.You can checkout their website.The cost savings are incredible.
As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world.The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.If you still havent got your surgery done,you are better off getting it done in India.

They CAN, but they are very tough. I assume your mom isn't a pro wrestler like Chyna :) After all the health problems and banning of silicone implants, they are very, very durable now. I hear that Garth Fisher, who is an LA plastic surgeon and works on a lot of stars, comforts nervous patients by taking an implant and slamming it against the wall to show them what it can take!

Yes, they can. And the results can be deadly as the material inside the implants is poisonous if it gets into the blood stream.

Yes. It's not common but it can happen in car accidents or extremely rough handling.
It's not like a balloon however. The silicone outer shell is *very* durable.

i would say don't go for those implants
keep ur natural size, natural ones are prettier and sexier than fake ones
