You must seek the help of a physician to stop taking steroids. (I assume you mean something like prednisone). Stopping suddenly can cause major problems!

If your doctor prescribed them, then ask him/her.

If you are not on doctor prescribed steroids, then ask a doctor. Say you are asking for a friend.

what do you need help with? just stop taking them.
