The Philippines is generally a very cheap place for a vacation, but like anywhere in the world its easy to spend a couple of hundred USD a day if you really want to live like a king.
As a general rule a local beer in a bar will set you back about 1USD and an importend beer 2USD, a three course meal for 2 in a decent resturant with a bottle of wine, maybe USD60 (the wine costing half of that), room for the night in a mid range hotel outside of the capital...25-35USD a night.
With 25 days you should try and see some other parts of the country whilst you are there, local transport and domestic flights are pretty cheap.

Don't know about laguna you may get bored unless you meeting and staying with someone there. If alone think about Angeles City or the beach area near Olongapo. Since you are staying 25 days most visitors depending what country your passport you will get 21 days with a onward ticket. So so as you get there get a extension (within a couple days) No problem. If you don't get carried away can get by cheap but if you not smart cost much. Have a good time I go all the time Me I go to Angeles City.

The Philippines offers holidays that are not expensive. For 25 days, Laguna might bore you. There are plenty of tourist spots here especially in Luzon Island. Ask your travel agency,

There are many inexpensive places to stay. 25 days is great, as the airfare getting there is expensive. Macatan island is nice. Boracay is the best for a beach. You should travel to several islands, since you will have the time. Manila area would have the best night life.

It is cheap. Your money goes a long way. Been there 3 times and always stay there for at least a month each time.

i love laguna... and place is great.. it is for you to find out how great it is there. are you from turkey. if you are, it is cheap to stay here for 25 days...

It should be alot more cheaper than staying in the US, of course this also depends on which hotel you stay at too.
