There was a Wal-Mart store in Quebec that did form a union. It was closed on an unrelated matter two weeks later. No foolin'.

Unions only work for you if it's a career type job and only in the long run. Most people don't consider Wal mart that. It's usually young adults or older adults using it as a part time job. I don't know why someone would want to be in a union. I am and I'm very unhappy with it. They take more money out of your checks for things you don't get for years and theres faulty rules to get those benefits and keep them. Wal marts all about low prices. The unions about high. They don't fit together.

It's not that WalMart won't let them, a lot of them don't want to. A majority of Walmart workers are retired, part time, or work at walMart as a second job. So union isn't something they need.

because unions cuase prices to go up, just look at the prices of american made autos next time your at a dealership
