An eviction allows 30 days to vacate. You have the right to pay your rent or move. Any physical damage to the house can be charged back to you. Pay your rent and hope the landlord lets you stay. Once the eviction notice is given, ( does not have to be in writing, that is a myth.) The owner does not have to let you stay past the eviction date. I rent homes and if a tenant gets an eviction notice they have usually proved themselves to be unworthy tenants and the eviction stands.

How would you feel if you worked all week and your boss said "sorry, I don't have the money to pay you." Not fair, is it. Find a way to pay your rent. Your landlord has a business to run and will work with you IF you work with them. Good luck.

The lessor can give you 30 days but by law they are only required to give you 7 days. Good luck hun. I know times can be tough sometimes. You will get through it. xoxo

You can take it to court in any case.
However, I would only suggest this is you are not at fault for the eviction.
