You can use baby oil to get the tar off the tub and floor. As far as the clothes go, the best thing to do is to take it to a dry cleaner. In my experience, trying to get it out yourself just ends up making the situation worse.

Try goo gone or De-Solv-It
I bought mine at Lowes. I LOVE Dawn dish detergent for any type of grease or oil messes. It will take grease and tar off of concrete without even scrubbing it.
