I think everyone can be beautiful, even large women. However they must dress appropriately to their size, age and shape. Seeing huge women, with cottage cheese legs wearing mini skirts is not flattering at all. I think they just want the right to wear what other women do, but they should keep in mind, that if they covered up, they would look better, therefore feel better about themselves. I have had some big friends and they wore nice clothes, showing alittle clevage or perhaps a slit in the skirt to reveal alittle more. Big women need to save the slinkies for the bedroom, for god sakes cover up.

Because some do! You know beauty is in the eye of the beholder. There are some skinny women who dress so trampy, I get offended. Some men like a thick-legged woman. Preference is preference.

Whatever floats your boat is the operative phrase here. If the woman feels she is beautiful ....great. If you don't, just look away.

From a man's perspective, in most cases, I believe that we would think that a short skirt on a heavy-set women was not appropriate.
There are, however, some heavy-set women who look pretty dog gone good if they wear the short skirt with pantyhose for support.

I guess they want to wear what they think is fashionable. Its great that they aren't ashamed of their weight, but maybe they don't realize that they are hanging out of the skirts.

With that said, I feel women (regardless of their size) should be more aware of what they wear. Dress more modestly, and wear clothes that appropriately fit their bodies... that's much more flattering.

If I wanted a peep show, I'd go to a strip club!

no offense im not sayin every1 should be skinny because i think some skinny chics look bad too but anything past thick is just disturbing.
I guess they are making a statement that they are confortable in their bodies thats y they wear such ridiculous things. I do believe they are confortable in their bodies... to wear something like that but they need to be more realistic and honest

and why do thin women feel its okay for them to be showing so much skin? just because one shape is considered sexy and another shape is not considered sexy doesn't necessarily mean either shape should be showing off their "goods" slutty is slutty no matter whose wearing the mini skirt.
