My wife's grandmother just passed away and I am having an overflow of sadness.
How do you deal with a death in the family?

Yes, i do believe that it is okay for a man to cry. I have done it several times today.

personally for me

i tend 2 lock it up and deal with it on my own and not tell no1 about it, but that also makes u kind of go crazy, speak to your family, or friends, personally family wood be the best, as they have suffered the loss as much as what you have? if u no where i am coming from? yous have experienced a sad lose, so im sure you all are feeling the same, and at least if you talk 2 them about it they can relate?

if that does not work, and you r overwhelmed too much to cope, go see your doctor and ask him for help or advice, or you could always speak to a concellor? although in sum places that costs quite alot of money?

im sorry to hear about your loss, my thoughts r with u and your family at this sad time, pull through it together as it will only make you and ur family stronger and bring you's closer

good luck xx

The way I deal with death is, I mourn , weep, cry, and get it all out. I am a man, but real men cry when they're hurt, and lose a loved one. Allow yourself to be human, and weep for your loss. It will help it to heal sooner.
