It's unlikely to have any effect. You certainly won't get pregnant. It is high in protein and some people beleive its good for skin hair and nails.

Read this ages ago - a woman had oral sex with husband. Was stabbed by mugger later that evening, causing damage to stomach etc. Later found to be pregnant, but not in utero - embryo had attached to blood vessel - undigested sperm came into contact with egg just released from oviduct and embedded on blood vessel. cool.

a) you cant get pregnant from drinking sperm, it is impossble for sperm cell to survive in your mouth as acids would kill them, they are very sensitive fellas.
b) some girls said that sperm has positive influence on skin, anyway one thing is sure, it is not unhealthy,

it's just an alternative protein rich liquid. you have to drink a freshly ejaculated one, three times a day, to see the desirable result (for your bf, LOL)
