If you only have a few, pluck away but if time is not on your side dye, dye, dye away!!

*** Genetics ***

There is an 86 year old woman in my congregation who has gorgeous long shiny black hair. She keeps it piled on top of her head, has never dyed it, and in fact only washes it once every 3 weeks or so.

Her mother lived to be 106 and also did not have a single grey hair, I am told.

nothing will, but try things like yoga to help stay calm which will help not turn gray, but eventully nature will take its turn and your head will be gray...

TRY NOT TO GET TOO STRESSED OUT >>DON'T PULL THEM OUT YOU WILL HAVE MORE AND YOU WILL HAVE BALD SPOTS!!! DON'T DWELL ON THE WHITE HAIR JUST COVER IT TO ONE SIDE...AND PRETEND YOU ARE A SKUNK!!!

I BLAME MY KIDS FOR MY WHITE HAIR!! EVENTUALLY EVERYBODY WILL HAVE WHITE HAIR!!
