In the movie "A Time To Kill" when Matthew McConohey gives the closing statements before the jury. I could watch that movie 50 times a week and I would still cry at that one scene.
The funniest scene I have ever seen in any movie was Pulp Fiction, when Quenton Tarentino (or however you spell it) says "Do you see a sign in my front yard that says 'dead n*gger storage!"

My favorite scene is from Spike Lee's 25th Hour. It is commonely reffered to as Edward Norton's "Fu*k You" scene. In it he has a monologue where he looks in the mirror and goes off on a rant about every person/class/religion/race in New York City. I dont like it because of the hate or anything, I am not a nut. I just love it because it shows how inner struggle can make a person hate everything around him, including himself. He finds the bad in everything because he's come to a point where there seems to be nothing left. Especially in today's society, it can show how one person can be filled with hate for no reason and find the worst in everything. I just love the scene and think Edward Norton does a great job showing emotion and making this a powerful scene. It still gives me chills when I watch it. Definatly one of my favorite cinematic scenes of all time and one that has always stuck in my head.

I really like the scene when they light the signal fires in The Return of the King. And about every scene in all of the Lord of the Rings movies.

One of my all time favorite scenes, just because I think it is so beautiful, is in the movie Kill Bill:part 1. It is the scene where Lucy Lui and Uma Thurman are about to fight behind the Japanese Restaurant. That scene with the snow falling and the oriental backdrop was just amazing.

The scene in The Two Towers(LOTR) at the battle of Helms Deep where Gimli says "What's happening out there" (he can't see over the wall) and Legolas says "Do you want me to describe it to you or shall I go find a box." Definitely one of the funniest things I've ever seen.
