Today I went out and got some horrible sunburn on my back. Any advice on how to turn it into a tan?

Use Aloe Vera (straight from the plant if you can get it) and then use vitamin E. Keep it very moisturized or it will begin to peel (it may still peel-- but not nearly as bad.) Alternate between the two when they dry/soak-in.
I have had this work for me several times.

No it does no longer change right into a tan. The worst element that can ensue is u will commence to peel and then you'd be a splotchy. So look after ur sunburn with multiple after sunlight lotion..banana boat makes an extremely good one or maybe as it receives extra perfect bypass decrease back to the tanning mattress. on most skin (not fair skin) the burn just turns into a tan naturally. if yoiu usually tan then give it a few days and it will be fine. try looking at a beauty store for some lotions that should help the reddness like Neutrogena After-Sun treatment, which is what i use to stop the burn. since i dont tan, i'm not really sure if it works to give you a tan, but it does help the red and makes you peal less.

let your skin peel and heel naturally then go to a tanning salon to even out the skin colour.
if u try to do anything now you would just make the skin worse because it is already irritated

keep it moist,lotions and after blisters go away use a mild scrub and lotion.go back out in sun but please use sun screen.Its better to tan responciablie than to burn and increase chances of skin cancer.
