Look I'm about 27 years old right now but i like to hang out with boys alot, play basketball with them etc... I hate it when my girl friends tell me to be a normal girly-girl.

Hi Miss.
You have your Right to be however look you like to have. No one has the right to tell you to "Stop being a tomboy and start acting like a normal girl". You're not doing anything wrong UNLESS you think there's a problem.
But my questions are:
1) Do you think you're a Tomboy (whatever it might mean)?
2) Do you have short hair?
3) Do you have either a Boyfriend or Husband? Or DO YOU like males?
4) Do you dislike Men for any undisclosed reason?
5) What made you hang out with boys a lot instead of your girl-friends (which most girls would do)?
6) Do you like to be tough?
7) Do you think you might be a little masculine?
a) If so, go to (8),
b) If No, go to (9).
8) Do you want to be more feminine?
9) Then Nothing's Wrong, just ignore what your friends say.
Whatever answers you might give to the above questions, You ARE Completely NORMAL.

I feel that that is always said because gurls are to be gurls and boys are 2 be boys cause I used to be a tom boy and noticed that that wasnt what a gurl was supposed to be like. A gurl and play boy sports but acting like a boy is alitle bit toooo extreme!Good Luk! ~ &;heartsMuch Luv♥~

Then don't be a normal girly-girl... Tell them it's who you are and they can't take your identity away...
Plus, I think tomboys are cool, instead of girly preps who do nothing all day...

Who are they to tell you what normal is. What's normal for them may not be normal for you. Be yourself. Enjoy sports...they're probably jealous they can't play as well as you.

because they probably think your a lesbian. and there scared. and so are you because you know there right, you love looking into another womens eyes, then kiss pasionate for hours and holding hands and making love to another women
