ask yourself these questions=
Does he drink alot?, Has he got things on his mind? his he having an affair?. Has he gone off you? He watching too much porn and used to just giving himself a hand job?....Talk to him hun thats your best bet, try to get to the bottom of it without over reacting etc

There could be any number of reasons, but I do think he's in the minority of men if he only wants it once a month. An honest talk is what you need. After all, women have needs too, and you can tell him nicely that you want him more often. Good luck!

Depends. Is he working two strenuos jobs? Is he very religious? Sometimes low hormones does that to the sex life.

he may need to cuddle and have alot of foreplay. or he may not think he is satisfying you and wont perform as much as he would like to. also you may need to entice him a little more, that could be it, be aggressive and see what happens.
