Have you seen the "Startrek: The Next Generation" (TNG)? Startrek TNG is the best mixture of modern science such as quantum physics and microbiology.
Although some facts in these TV series are quite questionable, such as the ability to move spaceship beyond speed of light, this series is the best sample that science can be matched with entertainment TV series. Some of the facts on that movie, such as the antimatter containment, is now a fact in CERN labs!

Most movies will make science mistakes, I'm not sure there is any which did not make some small mistake in physics or science.
