It is better to give. If you give, then you will also receive. You will receive the appreciation of others for the kindness you gave them. In return, they will learn to give back.

Well, it says it's more blessed to give then to recieve, but I personally like recieving better, because you actually get something! When you give, then you don't get anything, no fun in that!

Both make you feel good in different ways. Both are great. It's hard to choose. If I had to, I'd say give, because of karma.
