i was wondering if anyone have any websites or instructions on how to make a rainbow necklace (with rainbow hemp, or beads, etc.)
And I was also wondering if anyone knew where i could get a rainbow ring at all?

Here is something for you. There is a crochet thread (#10) call fiesta which is varigated. It has all the colors of the rainbow in bright primary colors. The thread is produced by a company called Aunt Lydia's. Walmart and craft stores usually carry it. This thread should work well for your project.
