I've never been married- and I have a three year old daughter. So, yes... I do believe in "premarital sex". Actually, I believe in sex, if it's an act of love between two consenting adults, a lot more than I do marriage.

Believe in it? What's to believe? Yes I did it. Would I do it again knowing what I know now? Absolutely not. Too many STDs and long term diseases and as I've gotten older....I realize it is morally wrong. Now I can understand the Bible better and realize why God doesn't want us to do the things he tells us not to do. You can read story after story in the Bible telling of how people did not follow God's wishes, and believe ME, HE will make you wake up one day and you 'll wished you had done the right thing. ......Furthermore, I know you won't believe me because everybody has to do things for themselves and find out the hard way. No one thinks anything bad can happen to them - but it does everyday. Did to me. :(

Yes, I think sexual compatibility is a major part of a strong, healthy relationship and I'd never marry someone I hadn't slept with. That doesn't mean I'm a big fan of casual sex (to each their own, but it's not my thing.)

And yes, I did. And now that I'm divorced and in a stable, long-term relationship that is not a marriage, I do.

I had sex before I was married--heck, I'm still not married, though I am in a long-term stable relationship. My parents waited and my sister is waiting, but how will you ever find out if you're compatible?

I never engaged in casual sex--no disrespect to those who do, but I'm paranoid. Pregnancy, STD's, and all that. It's not hype and several of my friends have caught something or other. I'm glad i haven't

Yes I fully believe in it. I'm 26, and not wanting to marry until closer to 30, and I would have gone insane if I had to wait 30 years before I could do the deed.

Don't fall prey to social hypocrisy. Most people who tell you not to have sex before marriage did so themselves. Hell, most people who are married cheat on their spouses. It's a crap shoot out there. Make love to whomever you may. Do it consensually and do so responsibly, but have a good time. You'll be healthier for it, mentally, physically & spiritually. It'd be a sick practical joke on God's part to load our genitals with so many nerve endings just to tell us not to enjoy them. That'd be like buying a Jeep 4X4 for a friend and telling them they could never take it off road for a thrill.

I didn't until persuasion kicked in while mr. alcohol and I did it a couple times, and it just didn't seemed right so I stopped and decided to stay abstent until I find the right person. My mom works at a Southern Baptist Church down in Southern Texas, and suprising enough she always told me: You don't have to be married to have sex, as long as your in love with that person at that time it is not a sin. The MAJOR sin in not believing in A God, doesn't necessarily have to be God himself, but a God- or something that is of a higher power.

No, I believe it is a sin to do so.
So far no, I've saved myself for marriage up to this point. Go me with holding off from the temptation!

My husband and I lived together before we got married. So yes we had pre-marital sex. I think it depends on the person and there beliefs.
