From the other posters seen on the road I have never seen anyone tell age rather just name. When you put loving it kind of means that there is going to be more love than hate.Meaning that you might just let the kids get away with any little thing. Also Never say small house work.Parents expect babysitter to be able to come back home and meet the place as left.Unless you are doing a cleaning service are something.

It actually looks pretty good but here are some tips.
1) You can take out the "will bring small non-messy activities" and the "will do small house work" those things are expected of a babysitter.
2) Make sure that they understand that your prices are negotiable, but you will not be walked on.
hope that helps.

Your checklist is a methods too long. Alot could be stated for the duration of the interview. Say your call no longer your age (pedifiles study this) Your adventure, the 1st help skills are a great plus. do no longer point out money till you meet and be conscious of what's in touch, I do living house cleansing for a living you ought to get ripped off in that branch in case you don't be conscious of the thank you to cost and that they'll take benefit. point out puppy friendly and references upon request. provide living house telephone or cellular or the two and tha's it. human beings do no longer desire to study. short to the factor and each thing else could be stated in individual.

Change this sentence (it's a run-on):
I am available most days. Call me to see when I am available.

Otherwise it sounds great. Good luck with your venture!
